Nebula Dynamics approached us to enhance the efficiency of their solar panel installations for residential and commercial clients. They needed support optimizing their solar mounts to maximize energy capture and durability. Our team conducted a thorough analysis of Nebula’s existing mounting systems and identified key areas for improvement.
We collaborated closely with Nebula to design a new solar mount prototype featuring adjustable angles, improved weather resistance, and simplified installation procedures. The adjustable angles allowed for optimal positioning throughout the year, ensuring maximum sunlight exposure.
To ensure durability, we recommended high-quality materials that could withstand various environmental conditions, and we streamlined the installation process to make it user-friendly for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts.
We tested the prototype in different climate conditions, demonstrating a significant increase in energy efficiency compared to traditional mounts. The project concluded with a successful pilot installation across several locations, showcasing the enhanced performance and reliability of the new system.
